Master Mind group Double your sales in one year.
We started a Master Mind Group on Thursday's from 11:00 to 1:00. It looks like we are going to change it to 4:00 to 6:00.
This is a powerful effective group where we go over information from International Speaker Chet Holmes. Chet's information is brilliant. I've listened to and read a lot of books from great salespeople and great speakers, the latest being The Secret & Tony Robbins.
What I find is many speakers are very motivational, they will tell you great reasons to be happier and healthier. They motivate you to be more successful. The problem I have with great advice and information is that it usually lacks ACTION!!
I purchased this program with 22 DVD's and 22 Cd's. I've listened to all of them at least twice and some of them more than 5 times.
Just for example they have one on how to hire Top Producing Sales People. In this one he tells you exactly what to say in the ad, exactly what to say when they call you, and he tells you exactly how you interview for a top salesperson.
My other favorite is "Top 100". He will teach you how to identify your top 100 customers and how and why you should narrowly focus your marketing efforts on them.
If you are interested in doubling your sales next year you should join our group.
Do you have Pigheaded Discipline and Determination?
Do you have systems in place to operate your business?
Do you religeously ask your customers for referrals because it is part of your system?
We started asking our customers, "Would you mind doing me a favor? Would you e-mail 10 of your friends about your experience with us? Copy us on the e-mail and we will send you a little gift."
We also implemented a 3 month follow up program, where we simply call the customer to make sure they are still satisfied with the work we did for them. This keeps us Top of Mind.

Barbara Barry
On March 11th I had the opportunity to attend the ADC Day of Design at the Arizona Design Center. Barbara Barry, a well-know interior and product designer was the keynote speaker.
